A little disappointed in myself for gaining this week. I thought I would lose a pound or maintain, but nope...gained 0.9lbs, not big but still going in the wrong direction.

I'm eating too much...it got better toward the end of the week, but my intake needs to be reduced. I'm going to aim for 2000cal instead of 2300, so more planning required.

We are now half way through the 30lbs in 12wks challenge & I'm not doing very well...

218.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
