Feelin' great! And that's even with taking a sick day today!

I just was feeling "off" and barely slept last night, so took the day off. But I still am energetic, am still going to work out a bit later, and am finding it easier and easier to follow my daily RDIs without feeling deprived.

This can be done and it DOES work. AND, it's not really that hard! Yep, I think I've turned into something of a Mary Sunshine. :-)
259.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
