Heading to the mountains for the weekend. I am super excited for the unplugging (no service) from all technology, so I wanted to get this week's new weight logged. Have a great week everyone!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow thats sounds like a great time...I love the mountains currently looking for our new home near the Smokey Mts. but not unless it was a great deal that you just couldnt pass up...its March Madness weekend...hubby loves to go but I think hes looking forward to the games...no mountains this weekend for me...have so much fun;)
