Just wanted to pop in to say I am still here. Between school and work, I have no free time it seems. I do make sure to log my food every day though. I have a dr appt at the end of July to get blood work done again. My dr wants to compare my numbers from Feb. I keep bouncing up and down weight wise, but that is probably because I have occasionally eaten something off plan. Also, due to hormonal changes(I assume) TOM has been a more frequent visitor than normal. Two weeks between is not fun. Wow, this premenepause is great stuff! <eyeroll> Anyway, I hope you all are doing well. Have a great rest of your week.
