Weekend eating boosted my weight a little, but I thought it might. I chose to walk this morning for a mile to the bus instead of driving to the train for work, so hopefully it helps me drop for tomorrow. I will be walking extra for 3 days a week in the morning for the next month and I hope it helps me drop below 190 with my current exercise.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I really think walking is a powerful tool for weight loss. My school went on a field trip to six flags last week and I am not a roller coaster person at all so I just walked around the park for hours. It was great and my body needed to recuperate two days after, so when it was time to weigh myself (even after a 4000 calorie day) I was down two pounds. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
