Blood sugar 92 I've started walking alike a few 10 minute intervals that brings my blood sugar down 20 points every time 👏👊trying thirty minutes everyday
152.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
