Weight staying steady, but I'm not focusing too much on that right now. I'm really trying to get a better handle on my eating. I do pretty well except for my dinners. I think I can make some improvements there to see more changes. I've been getting my exercise in and getting more fruits and veggies in. My pants are a not feeling as tight this morning, so I'm marking that in the win column for the day.

Today is my rest day, and I need it. My sinuses are terrible this morning and I'm so tired. My whole body has been achy lately too and I'm sure it's the season change, I always have issues when Spring and Fall are coming. I do feel good when I'm exercising though so that is a good reason to do it.

This is my last full week of my current workout program, then next week I have the last two days. I'm super excited to be able to say I did this whole program. I've already got my next round of exercises ready to go, so I'm set up to keep moving forward. And with the nice temps coming soon I'm ready to get outside and do some gardening, walking, and running.

I hope everyone has a great day!!

A plan without action is a wish, and a wish without a plan is a fantasy. If it were me (and it's not) I would do two things. Do as my mom used to do. She fixed meals any way she desired, and when someone would complain she'd say, "This ain't no restaurant." Secondly I would study food (NOT DIETS) so I would know how to feed my family healthy foods that taste good too. Bonus, bring no snacks into the house. For any of us to be successful we have to change our overall interaction with food. If not we will live in perpetual frustration. I refuse to frustrate myself; I'm either getting on board, or off, no in between. Lots of luck moving forward.
