I have been so stressed out lately, and I am wondering if I should just maintain my current weight until after my friend is gone next week. That way, I don't have the added stress of watching my weight when I am trying to spend some time with my friend AND get my job done too....it's going to be a tressful week...
179.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

IMO it's when we are most stressed that we need to lay off the carbs. Read "The Cortisol Connection", it goes into great detail. Don't give yourself permission to indulge, just don't count carbs, but eliminate the bad ones. Good luck.
