Last week was a bad diet and fitness week. Had a business trip that was successful from a business perspective, but ate too much of the wrong food and missed 5 days of workouts. So, a four pound gain for the week.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week
