Still trying to incorporate everyday life into this lifestyle change! This is not about going on a diet anymore, instead it is about making small changes that I can live with in order to be successful. I felt good this week... maybe overdoing just a little on my interval training or just afraid to really push myself to the limit! I believe pushing beyond limits is something that can be done, even when self talk says otherwise.

"Pushing beyond limits" is going to be my new goal as well as catch phrase! I am going to work on this to see what lies beyond the limitations... Will I be able to move forward without fear? We shall see!!!!

183.8 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
