New Hope getaway weekend last weekend was rough. Also snacked last night, but overall day was near guideline. Overall, not a great week, but a weekend getaway with no weight gain is almost acceptable.
232.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
