VERY HARD to go on a 2000 diet with a large family to feed and no one wants to eat what you are cooking

yes Its hard. People here want to eat out alot. I had to explain if you want me out to eat I have to know a head of time. Light breakfast, lunch, so if I go out I can get more calories during that sitting. If you know what i mean. I will still watch but eat outs are not like home made cooking so hard to gear calories to some restaurants. I am not going to buy salad for 15 dollars when I can make it at home and know all the calorie count and its half the price if you know what I mean.
