I haven't been near the gym or proper nutrition for 3-4 weeks and it's showing in my clothes being too tight, me being tired and sluggish and the scales showing the extra kilos aaarrrrgggghhhh!
231.9 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
