Gained 2 lbs but lost half an inch on my waist. Exercised but cheated on my meal plan. I'll get it together! :-) Did some Taebo tonight and hope to do some more tomorrow.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
