30x30's Journal, 14 June 2012

I find that days that I run, I weigh in higher by a pound-3lbs. I'll weigh in again tomorrow and hopefully I get on here. Been stuck around same weight but feeling more fit and tight!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
