Well still going down at a nice steady pace. I have not been following The Body Fat Cure for 2 weeks because I have fruit twice a day, just keeping my cal under 1200, just don't want to totally let that go because i still watch the sugar (except in fruit) and the carbs. The credit still gose there for getting me on tract!
224.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
