Never fun to go up, but i was on vacation in spain for 5 days and enjyed myself utside my diet.. worth it, gave me motivation back.. UP and at it!
344.4 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 123.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
