FINALLY broke the 254 barrier after 23 days of intense frustration! Hallelujah! Choir of angels... church bells ringing.... marching band.... fireworks! Hell, yes!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 209.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I will add to all of the above of your emotions.... a happy dance oh happy dance for you...I'm currently unable to jump around or I would do that for you too...nursing a sprained ankle...but soon I will be back to the norm and maybe next loss I can lol;)
