we all have days that we just eat whatever! You'll get back on the beam... I made 1/2 a batch of almond flour, strawberry, white chocolate muffins and i ate them all... at night... BAD! But today I ate better. You are doing SO good! NEVER EVER get so down on yourself that you give up! You have the answer now.... you can indulge if you're willing to do a correction day. What a miracle!

Thanks Mary, I do get down but I know it really isn't as bad in the end. I should do a correction day but I haven't been. Maybe I will try doing an apple day after this weekend! Those muffins sound really good!

They were! It's so fun to make things that are better for me. I do need to keep track of calories. It's hard when you start with a recipe but substitute different things. I need to learn how to save a recipe in the calorie counter. Anyway... neither of us have gone over and stayed over that 2 pound mark and it's been over 2 months. This is so incredible. Everyone that was amazed at my weight loss (including me) said, yea, but can she keep it off? Well the answer is a huge resounding, "YES!!!!!!"

I totally agreee with you! It is very tough to keep track of calories. I just go to the submit a recipe link on here, and I choose not to share the recipe, because then you can make changes to it anytime. I enter all the ingredients I am using onto the data base, if not on there, and then I split the recipes into servings, such as a cup, and then this in turn splits the calories up per serving. Allows me to see what a serving of homemade food amounts to.

That's a good idea, I'm gonna try it. I've been moving and it's real hard to keep track of what I'm eating.I've done well weight wise, though so I'm not too worried. I am so excited about my trip...and emotional! I used to stuff my emotions with food, I still am some, but I stay mindful of what I'm stuffing em with.
