Yesterday I did my last day of transition off my HCG diet. I am going to put into practice all the healthy eating I did on that diet, but with higher calorie portions. I was told that if I keep it under 1500 cals I will still lose gradually. So that's the goal.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
