well i still am a little bit iregular. but i am happy with the weight loss. i will rotate my calorie intake on the weekend because i need to be more careful what i eat. i will also take more fiber to stop this little problem.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
