I can have my cake and weight loss too! 215.4 today.

My Son made cake at school in his Home economics class. It was decorated like a baseball diamond, and he was quite proud of it. So I forced myself to eat a piece, lol. Who am I kidding, when I saw that bad boy in the fridge I was like "Get the knife boy!"

I rested my legs last night, they have been sore for a while now. Today I will bike, and tomorrow I will take off for Friday's big ride.

Next weekend (~22nd) is wife's birthday. And she stated she wanted a party. Now one is setup, so it will be a very indulgent cheat day that day. Now, we have been invited to another festivity the day before for some people leaving Bahrain. This is almost a bi-weekly occurrence, someone is always coming and going. But, this is her friend and her weekend. So next weekend I see big damage coming to my diet. I will just keep plugging and chugging this week to be sure to be "ready" for it.

Anyway off to work, answering emails.

I'm jealous...I seriously need to play catch up here...but I think my exercise & diet along with watching my sodium intake will start to pay off...(I'm going to have to start riding my damn bike...) Later.

Good job Madjak, things are going well for me, and you will see some results soon. I can get too far ahead of you, I might slack off. Next weekend is your chance to catch me, I will be consuming mass amounts of food and booze! Its the old Johnny! lol. I used to carry on like that every weekend, now I do it maybe once a month, and I really dont even _want_ to do that.
