1500 kcal Fat: 129.48g | Prot: 66.34g | Carb: 23.65g.   Breakfast: Pure lemon extract, butter, poppy seeds, egg, Baking powder, Flax meal, Splenda. Lunch: Chunky blue cheese dressing, Cobb Salad. Dinner: American cheese, bacon, reduced-sugar ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, Ground Beef (70% Lean / 30% Fat). Snacks/Other: Liquid Sucralose, Torani sugar-free hazelnut syrup, coffee, heavy cream. more...
