I weighed in at 162.5 this weekend and my goal for this week is to weigh 159 by Saturday! I am using the adkins diet, walking for exerise,and drinking lots of water and tea!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
