this is before i went to the toilet and after i drunk my fiber. my regularity is changing. i walked the treadmill today. less intense workout for Thursday and Friday. still going strong
190.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
