well i am not gonna trip. i didnt go to the bathroom b4 i weighted. i feel lighter and smaller. i will drink lots of water an c what happenes tomorrow.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
