This past Sunday, my husband and I celebrated the fact that we finished our first two week phase of the fat flush diet by going out to Macaroni Grill for lunch. We ate some of the yummy bread with the oil that they bring out and ordered a sampler platter for appetizer (the calamari was good). I had portobella mushroom ravioli (its an appetizer) while my husband had the Italian sampler platter. We got so full before we finished and our stomaches hurt afterward that we didn't eat again until much later that day. I also found much of the food to be too salty!

Today we are back on phase II. We don't crave the "other" foods so much anymore. We've realized how much our diets have changed and how we really like our new foods. All we would like to add is a little more carbs like rice and a tad bit of salt and pepper for seasoning and something sweet every once and a while, like Coldstone ice cream.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
