So I had to journal my excitement this morning...during the shoulder stance the smoke detector starts going off. Scared me something fierce! Jumped up in a panic...I smelled no smoke...saw no fire...opened the door and it stopped. SO WEIRD. I turned off everything...and enjoyed the humidity thru the screen door for the last 25 minutes. Oh yes, I got back into shoulder stance and did finish up the workout. I think adrenaline made it more effective. lol. Going to visit Okefenookee Swamp today. Wahoo! (Definitely wearing bug repellent...otherwise we may be carted off....)
