Wrist injury. Stopped workouts for a week to heal. Reset on weights. Back at it Sunday. Oh yeah, and the diet has been off off off. Need to get back on.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
