7pm Edit: 23 hr mark fasting w/lots of water and the exception of coffee with heavy cream, butter and liquid stevia drops. Time for dinner before my Cinderella clock runs out (8pm)!

Blood Sugar this morning was 100, before eating dinner, now 84. I will never understand how I can have an out of range b/s on low carb dieting.

Earlier Post Today: Errrrrrr.... Just when I thought I had the LCHF wired, and drinking the amount of water I should, my weight is up 4lbs from yesterday. I know... WATER. This yo-yo is really got me going though.

Today, I am going to fast as long as I can, 12 was my 16 hr mark. I have been drinking water like crazy, along w/my cup of delicious coffee.

Off to the city with my Ogre (husband). I also call him the 'Dish Fairy', because if I don't get to the dishes, they are miraculously done in the morning when I get up! I just love him! :)

that patch had been around a long time. It come on a roll and you can adjust the size, including reaching all the way around the head for more stabilization. It's silver - and some call it duct tape!

8Patty If you retain fluid, may I suggest using Pink Himalayan Salt for all your cooking and salting of anything. For the first bit even put 1/4 - 1/2 a teaspoon on your tongue and wash it down with water. I used to be on 120 mg if Furosemide a day for edema, but then I found out that stuff can kill you so, I just quit it and started making sure I got the equivalent of a teaspoon of PHSalt in a day. No more edeama. Makes your food taste better too!
