So yesterday I ate almost 800 calories of food (never hungry) and drank 800 calories of beer. In the morning I had my usual weekend breakfast burrito. In the afternoon I did 3 consecutive cardio workouts where I burned 500 calories each and drank roughly 1 liter of water each time.
After cardio I had a chicken burrito and then drank all the beer after that. Apparently your body produces 50% more urine by volume to process the beer you consumed. I drank 38 ounces of beer yesterday so if that theory is true I produced 23 extra ounces of urine. I also had an 1800 caloric deficit for the day thanks to the cardio.
