I had abandoned this website for so long, I forgot how to even get back! I kept deleting the weigh in emails since I was too busy to worry about what I was actually trying to do for myself! So this is the umteeth plus time I've come back, once again, to this website to help make myself a healthier person. I've hummed and hawed on what I want to do, that I'll finally be a better person....it's almost like a full time job just trying to do it! So I am going to just take this gradually to become healthier and start keeping tabs more of what I'm actually putting in my mouth. I still weigh about what I did about a month ago, minus the 1/2 pound which could be water weight, so I must be doing something right. I'm still under 250, so that's till a plus! I'll write more later, I need to get movin!
249.5 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
