This week is hell. I can not get my meals in on time because with my job, I am always on the run. I Have been working crazy hours, I am depressed and I have a ton of work to do tonight, and Valentines Eve is a joke today. I am so mad. I am going to be working tonight when others will be having a nice, quiet dinner....
180.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

What can I say to give you a lift? stress from work is one of the worst things I suffered from it it a pressurised job but now retired I love every day. I used to take a salad or healthy meal to work so I something to grab when I had 5 minutes. Have you tried taking a multivitamin so you don't get run down. Lastly, keep your chin up and treat yourself to something relaxing like a massage. Take care, all the best.

I know what you mean by working crazy hours and not being able to eat. I am on Atkins too. I try to carry around lowfat string cheese, hard boiled eggs and those Atkins protien drinks. It's nor the perfect meal, but it sure keeps me going and prevents me from going to Taco Bell because I am starving.

I am sorry you had such a bad day, especially on V-day. My husband and I are going out Friday instead so we don't have to beat the crowds. I had a bad last two weeks at work too, which is unusual for me but the stress is over and I am hoping to get back to normal now. I hope you have a good weekend. :)
