170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Becareful of the calorie counts on machines. They are notorious for being off a bit. Do you wear a heart monitor? That's the most accurate way to gauge how many calories burned. But congrats on all that exercise! Good for you!

That is what I guessed, but again this is a guesstimate, but I am doing the workout and reduce intake as I need to get the energy from stored fat deposits around my waist. Thanks for the suggestion.
