Down a bit again. My body is settling back to 11½ stone (72.12 kg). I had a consultation with my surgeon this week. He said that the normative weight was 110 lbs at 5 feet and 5-7 pounds for every inch above that. So I'm right where I ought to be (and a couple of pounds below that actually). My BMI is within the normal range so I'm not worried.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 178.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
