Got the hills in last night. 4.8 miles with 2.4 uphill. Have to do a liquid diet today due to tomorrow's "procedure" Yikes. We'll have to see if that takes some off.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
