so I had the cajun chicken pasta for dinner need to find the info. The sauce was homemade so pasta had most carbohydrates. Today will be a 'test' but I am trying to be 'armed'.
228.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
