I feel amazing! I'm weighing myself daily, which I normally think is a mistake, but when you're making such changes as I have been, it's actually quite interesting to look at the scale every day.

And EVERY day it has gone down at least 1/2 a pound each day. I'm going to stop recording my WI until my actual WI day, though (which is changed to Sunday temporarily for this challenge I'm doing).

I am proving to myself that I really, truly do not need to eat nearly as much as I had been. I'm not even hungry or feeling deprived! And it's so bloody simple, it's ridiculous.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
