Starting back up again. Have been exercising well this week, and heeping to a low calorie healthy diet, but the weeks before that not so much. Let's see if I can lose what I gained plus get over that hurdle that I have not been able to cross, 15 lbs will get me over the hurdle.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
