Yesterday I did not have my Atkins shake that I have been having for lunch. Thank goodness for the leftover chicken wings! I forgot to lay back out to thaw last night so no bacon again this morning.

Not sure if I am doing dinner for the birthday girl but if so she did request cajun chicken fettucini...of course. So if I do then I will just have to have cajun chicken with a big side of broccoli.

I did not make my jello until late yesterday so did not have that last night either. DH broke out the popcorn but I abstained!!!!! yay me!!!! and did not have it...instead I had a diet orange crush and water.

The weekend will be a bit harder but I am going to hang in there.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
