Bippi's Journal, 08 June 2012

This has been a great week for exercise and eating right (with a few jalapeno cookies as a treat). It feels good to be losing weight again.

Hopefully, I didn't just blow that bit of weight loss with the splurge I had this evening! To try and undo the damage, I just did another hour on my bike.
115.3 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

jalapeno cookies? Hey you could justify them by the knowledge peppers are good for weight loss lol. Good job keeping yourself accountable.
