3 bouts of Flu have taken their toll. sorted due to antibiotics and back into exercise = pools & gym combined at least 3x per week. diet also back on track.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
