Well yesterday I had 22 carbs ...1383 calories ....tonight is Saturday so could mean trouble on the scale tommorrow 🤔my blood sugar this morning was 100 ...I feel that when I focus on keeping my blood sugar down it motivates me more so gonna keep that focus going ...I've been reading that elevated blood sugars like the SAD diet is causing Alzheimer's 😬😬

Yes patty Saturday are hard tonight I decided to eat mashed potatoes and see what happens to blood sugar ..so weird 2hrs later was 78 that's insane so weird it should be up ... I don't get it will see what my weight is in the morning
