Did 3 mi at Tempo testerday with 30 min doing laps in the pool.

Did 1 mi warmup then 8 x 400 this AM. Plan to do 6 x Hills tonight.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
