The 5K I ran yesterday before weight training felt HORRIBLE...but, I got it done and managed to up my weights for training in a few spots despite feeling fatigued.

AND, I woke up this morning feeling like I had more energy - YEAH!

Have at least and hour of spin in my future today and hopefully strength training as well.

Suns out for the moment - gonna be a good day ; )
150.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
