Still feeling great!

Planning ahead is the best thing I can do, and tracking comes hand in hand with that. If I don't track, it's like it never happened, and lying to myself has clearly not got me to a place I want to be. So... I make my breakfast and lunch the night before, and take those to work. Even if there is a lunch out (we have pizza on Wednesdays, for example), I am able to fit it in easily because I am mindful of how many cals I have left in the day, and what will make me feel fuller but with less consumption.

This journalling thing is great. I hated journalling until I got my arse in gear. I think this will get me through hard days, which are inevitable at some point. I might go back to my blog, too. I'm just afraid of getting into too many things, because that was when I started to fail. I had the WW boards, Twitter, FB, blog, X-Weighted, and this, plus a few other things. Not only was it hard to keep up with all of them, but also not all of them proved to be incredibly valuable to me. So, I'm sticking with Fatsecret because it's fantastic, Twitter and FB because it's how I stay in touch with lots of people, and then will consider blogging again. That's it for now. WW boards are awesome and I've met some great people there, but I can't explain it. I just...need a break from there. Maybe forever, I don't know.

I'm going grocery shopping tonight, and look forward to bringing more fresh, nutritious, yummy food home, and may even pick up some organic stuff. I would love to eat "cleaner" but budget does matter to me, especially now as I contemplate other careers, living situation, etc.
