I went to bed really sore and woke up not that sore. I probably should take a day off from cardio but as long as I keep dropping at least 0.4 lbs a day I may keep pushing through the weekend.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
