Tapering is a bear. Exercise goes down, but appetite does not! Looking forward to having two races over, if only so that I can get these 5 pounds off again!

Breakfast:
scrambled eggs, trader joes corn and wheat tortilla.
Lunch:
Trader Joe's field fresh chopped salad with grilled chicken breast.
Dinner:
Microwaveable Teeny Tiny Potatoes, Organic Bread Crumbs, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten).
Snacks/Other:
Strawberries, Almond Nut Thins.
