I am happy with my weight loss this week. I have eaten some things I wouldn't normally have but have been doing more yardwork in exchange. Every pound lost is great to me.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
