Well, I blew it at dinner last night. I was really hungry and my dinner was awful, my brussel sprouts were hard and soggy (microwave bag type), basically my whole dinner didn't taste right to me, so I scraped it off in the trash, and grabbed an Atkins meal bar. Only slip up I have had since starting LCHF on 1/30/18. I paid for it with a weight gain. Arrrggg...

I've also been constipated for 3 days now. I drink lost of water and getting my roughage, so I am gonna have to try something else. I'll take a look at Diet Doctor and see what it recommends.

On a positive note, I am on LCHF plan, I had scrambled eggs with melted butter and cheese and sausage patties for my first meal at noon today (fast 16/8)
